Permanent cosmetic services may require a "PERFECTION VISIT" 6-12 weeks following the initial treatment.
**Please plan ahead and schedule now for six weeks minimum following your initial visit**
(EYELASH ENHANCEMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE A PERFECTION VISIT)
**Please note that ONE perfecting visit is offered with the original service ($50.00 fee per area applies)**
Failure to schedule your perfection service within 30 days of your service forfeits this offer.
WE DO NOT WORK ON ANY PROCEDURES THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY DONE BY ANOTHER ARTIST.

RETURNING CLIENTS
Once your initial service is complete, we strictly adhere to a minimum 18 months before applying additional pigment to the same area.
MOST of Revive Clinic clients are
3-8 years between services.
Lighter colours fade faster.
Hairstrokes fade faster.
Unprotected sun exposure, antiaging skincare (example: retinol) and procedures such as cosmetic peels or lasers can fade
permanent cosmetics prematurely.
